Tenants assigned to or who select Dwellings and Bedspaces which have been designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities may be reassigned by the University at any time to a different Dwelling and Bedspace should there be a need to use the Dwelling and Bedspace to accommodate the disability of another Tenant.
