REASSIGNMENT TO ACCOMMODATE A DISABILITY. Tenants and their families assigned to or who select an apartment which has been designed to be accessible for individuals with disabilities may be reassigned by BYU at any time to a different apartment should there be a need to use the apartment to accommodate the disability of another tenant or the disability of a family member of another tenant.
