REASSIGNMENT TO BARGAINING UNIT. Employees who were, or may be transferred or promoted from jobs within the bargaining unit to jobs outside the bargaining unit shall retain their seniority but shall not accumulate seniority while working on such jobs. In the event such employees are transferred into the bargaining unit, they shall be placed on available jobs where they are best qualified in line with their seniority, but shall not be entitled to exercise their seniority to displace any regular full-time employee within the bargaining unit for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of transfer.
