REBALANCING AFTER THIRD-PARTY CLAIM. To the extent that a third-party claim against Trust Assets is satisfied out of Trust Assets in proportions other than as provided in Section 7.1(b), then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Trustee shall promptly request the Series Servicers and the Settlor to identify and reallocate the remaining Trust Assets among each so that each shall bear the expense of the third party claim as nearly as possible as if the burden of such claim had been allocated as provided in Section 7.1(b).
