Rebates, Credits and Refunds. The Service Manager acknowledges that the amount of Funds available to it pursuant to the Agreement is based on the actual costs to the Service Manager, less any costs (including taxes) for which the Service Manager has received, will receive, or is eligible to receive, a rebate, credit or refund.
