Reborrowing of Facilities. The Borrower shall not reborrow any part of Facility A which is prepaid. Unless a contrary indication appears in this Agreement, any part of the Revolving Facility which is repaid or voluntarily prepaid may be reborrowed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
