Reborrowing of the Facility. Unless a contrary indication appears in this Agreement, any part of the Facility which is prepaid or repaid may be reborrowed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided that any prepayment under Clause 10 (Mandatory prepayment) may not be reborrowed.
