Reborrowing permitted. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, any amount repaid or voluntarily prepaid pursuant to Clause 8.3 may be reborrowed in accordance with and subject to the terms of Clause 4 herein, unless permanently reduced pursuant to Clause 8.1 or permanently cancelled pursuant to Clause 8.10.
