Recalculation of the Financial Settlement Offset Amount. (a) The parties acknowledge that where the time of payment of the Financial Settlement Offset Amount is 18 months or more after the Commencement Date, section 2.4.2 of the Queensland Environmental Offsets Policy (Version 1.1) requires that the Financial Settlement Offset Amount will need to be recalculated using the financial settlement offset calculator to account for fluctuations in CPI.
