Recalls; Other Matters. (a) As of the date of this Agreement, no recall or post-sale notice or warning is pending or, to the Knowledge of Seller, threatened in connection with any Product. (b) Seller is not aware of any Moisture Issue (as such term defined in Section 5.15(b) of Seller Disclosure Schedule) concerning any Product (or part thereof) except as set forth on Section 5.15(b) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
