Common use of Recapitalization, Exchange, Etc Clause in Contracts

Recapitalization, Exchange, Etc. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply, to the full extent set forth herein with respect to the Common Stock and Common Stock Equivalents, to any and all shares, Common Stock Equivalents or other securities of the Company or any successor to the Company that may be issued in respect of, in exchange for, or in substitution of the Common Stock or Common Stock Equivalents. If, and as often as, there are any changes in the Common Stock or the Common Stock Equivalents, by way of any reclassifications or through merger, consolidation, reorganization, recapitalization, redomiciliation or by any other means occurring after the date of this Agreement, appropriate adjustment shall be made to the provisions of this Agreement, as may be required, so that the rights, privileges, duties and obligations hereunder shall continue with respect to the Common Stock and Common Stock Equivalents as so changed.
