Recapture by Ceding Company for Other Material Breach. The Ceding Company may terminate this Agreement and recapture all of the Reinsured Policies in the event the Reinsurer materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such material breach within thirty (30) calendar days following written notice thereof from the Ceding Company.
