Recapture of Advanced Funds. To maximize the use of Grant Funds, the State shall evaluate Xxxxxxx's expenditure of the Grant Funds for timeliness and compliance with the terms of this Grant. DOLA reserves the right to recapture advanced Grant Funds when Grantee has not or is not complying with the terms of this Grant.
