Receipt and Deposit of Refunds. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon receipt of a federal or state refund due to a Customer, Bank shall establish a book entry for the Customer. Bank shall deposit the refunds into an account in the name of Bank used to hold such refunds.
