Receipt; Available Funds. Amounts received after 1:00 p.m. Denver time on any Business Day shall be deemed to have been paid and received on the next succeeding Business Day. All payments and transfers of cash pursuant to this Agreement shall be made (only if the paying and receiving accounts are with the same financial institution) by journal entries, or (otherwise) by wire transfer, of immediately available funds in U.S. dollars.
