Common use of Receipt of Advice of Counsel Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Advice of Counsel. Each Party acknowledges, agrees, and specifically warrants that he, she, or it has fully read this Agreement and the Release, received independent legal advice with respect to the advisability of entering into this Agreement and the Release and the legal effects of this Agreement and the Release, and fully understands the effect of this Agreement and the Release.

Receipt of Advice of Counsel. Each Party acknowledges, agrees, and specifically warrants that he, she, or it has fully read this Agreement and the ReleaseReleases contained herein, received independent legal advice with respect to the advisability of entering into this Agreement and the Release Releases, and the legal effects of this Agreement and the ReleaseReleases, and fully understands the effect of this Agreement and the ReleaseReleases.
