Receipt of Agreements. Company hereby acknowledges that it has delivered to Bank a correct and complete copy of the Subordinated Lending Agreements as in effect on the date hereof. Subordinated Lender, solely for the purposes of this Agreement, hereby acknowledges receipt of a correct and complete copy of each of the Senior Lending Agreements as in effect on the date hereof.
