Receipt of Articles. The hirer shall make adequate arrangements for the receipt in custody of all articles and things supplied to such hirer at the premises or any action or part thereof during the period of hiring and for the removal thereof upon the termination of such period. The Council does not accept responsibility for private property left at the venue before or after the hire period.
