Receipt of Certificate Trustee Shall Discharge Purchaser. The receipt of the Certificate Trustee, on behalf of the Certificate Issuer, shall be a sufficient discharge to any purchaser for its purchase money, and, after paying such purchase money and receiving such receipt, such purchaser or its personal representative or assigns shall not be obliged to see to the application of such purchase money, or be in any way answerable for any loss, misapplication or nonapplication thereof.
