Common use of Receipt of Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. Purchaser shall have received each of the deliveries agreements, instruments and other documents set forth in Section 2.2; provided, however, that such receipt shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Purchaser that the amounts set forth on any of agreements, instruments or documents set forth in Section 2.2 is accurate and shall not prejudice Purchaser’s remedies hereunder if any of the foregoing documents is not accurate.

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. Purchaser shall have received each of the deliveries agreements, instruments and other documents set forth in Section 2.21.2(b); provided, however, that such receipt shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Purchaser that the amounts set forth on the Spreadsheet or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents set forth in Section 2.2 1.2(b) is accurate and shall not prejudice diminish Purchaser’s remedies hereunder if any of the foregoing documents is not accurate.

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. Purchaser Buyer shall have received each of the deliveries agreements, instruments and other documents set forth in Section 2.2; 2.7(e), provided, however, that such receipt shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Purchaser Buyer that the amounts set forth on any of matters covered by the agreements, certificates, instruments or documents set forth in Section 2.2 is 2.7(e) are accurate and shall not prejudice Purchaserdiminish Buyer’s remedies hereunder if any of the foregoing documents is not accurate.

Purchaser shall have received each of the deliveries agreements, instruments and other documents set forth in Section 2.2‎1.2(b); provided, however, that such receipt shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Purchaser that the amounts set forth on the Company Net Working Capital Certificate, Transaction Expenses Certificate or the Closing Spreadsheet or any of the other agreements, instruments or documents set forth in Section 2.2 ‎1.2(b) is accurate and shall not prejudice diminish Purchaser’s remedies hereunder if any of the foregoing documents is not accurate.

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. Purchaser The Buyer shall have received each of the deliveries agreements, instruments and other documents set forth in Section 2.26.2; provided, however, that such receipt shall not be deemed to be an agreement by Purchaser Buyer that the amounts set forth on any of the agreements, instruments or documents set forth in Section 2.2 is accurate and shall not prejudice Purchaser’s diminish the Buyer's remedies hereunder if any of the foregoing documents is not accurate.
