Common use of Receipt of Closing Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. The Seller shall have executed and delivered, or caused to be executed and delivered, all of the agreements, certificates and other documents specified in Section 2.6, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser.

Receipt of Closing Deliveries. The Seller Purchaser shall have executed and delivered, or caused to be executed and delivered, all of the agreements, certificates and other documents specified in Section 2.62.7, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the PurchaserSeller.
