Receipt of Debenture Holder(s). The receipt of each holder/owner of the Debentures (s) or if there be more than one holder(s)/owner(s) of any such Debentures, then the receipt of any one of such holder(s)/owner(s) or of the survivors or survivor for the principal monies and interest payable in respect of each of such Debenture shall be a good discharge to the Trustee.
