Common use of Receipt of Licenses Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Licenses. As of the date hereof, to the knowledge of Pinnacle, there is no state of facts that would be reasonably likely to prevent the receipt by Pinnacle of a new gaming license in a jurisdiction in which Pinnacle is not currently licensed which Pinnacle is required to obtain in connection with the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
