Common use of Receipt of Part II of Form ADV Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Part II of Form ADV. The Adviser acknowledges and agrees on behalf of the Fund that either (i) the Fund has received Part II of the Sub-Adviser's Form ADV at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to execution of this Agreement or (ii) the Fund has received Part II of the Sub-Adviser's Form ADV together with this Agreement and shall have the right to cancel this Agreement, without penalty, within five (5) business days of the execution of this Agreement.
