Receipt of Pass Through Trustee Shall Discharge Purchaser. The receipt of the Pass Through Trustee or of the officer making such sale shall be a sufficient discharge to any purchaser for his purchase money, and, after paying such purchase money and receiving such receipt, such purchaser or its personal representative or assigns shall not be obliged to see to the application of such purchase money, or be in any way answerable for any loss, misapplication or non-application thereof.
