Common use of Receipt of Plan Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Plan. The Grantee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, and represents that the Grantee is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts this Option subject to all the terms and provisions of this Agreement and of the Plan. The Grantee hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator with respect to any questions arising under this Agreement or the Plan.

Receipt of Plan. The Grantee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan, and represents that the Grantee is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts this Option subject to all the terms and provisions of this Agreement and of the Plan. The Grantee hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator with respect to Administrator, the Company, its Board of Directors or the Committee upon any questions arising under this Agreement or the Plan.

The Grantee hereby agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of the Administrator with respect to any questions arising under this Agreement or the Plan.

The Grantee acknowledges receipt of a copy of the PlanPlan and this Agreement, and represents that the Grantee he or she is familiar with the terms and provisions thereof, and hereby accepts this the Option subject to all of the terms and provisions of hereof and thereof. The Grantee has reviewed the Plan and this Agreement and fully understands all provisions of the PlanPlan and this Agreement. The Grantee hereby further agrees to accept as binding, conclusive and final all decisions or interpretations of notify the Administrator with respect to Company upon any questions arising under change in the residence address indicated in this Agreement or the PlanAgreement.
