Receipt of State School Aid Payments and Other Funds. The University Board is the Fiscal Agent for the Academy for the limited purpose of receiving State School Aid Payments and forwarding such payments to the Academy. By separate agreement, the University Board and the Academy may also agree that the University Board will receive Other Funds for transfer to the Academy. The Fiscal Agent will receive State School Aid Payments from the State, as provided in Section 3.02.
