Common use of RECEIPT OF TRANSFER DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

RECEIPT OF TRANSFER DOCUMENTS. Buyer shall have received the executed General Instrument of Conveyance, Transfer and Assignment in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A and all other documents required by Buyer to transfer title of the Transferred Assets to Buyer.

RECEIPT OF TRANSFER DOCUMENTS. Buyer shall have received the executed General Instrument of Conveyance, Transfer and Assignment in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A D and all such other instruments and documents required of conveyance and assignment as are requested by Buyer to transfer vest in Buyer title of to the Transferred Assets to BuyerAssets, including without limitation assignments of intellectual property.
