Receipt of Trustee to be Effectual Discharge. Upon any such sale, calling in collection or conversion as aforesaid and upon any other dealing or transaction under the provisions herein contained the receipt of the Trustee for the purchase money of any of the Secured Assets sold and for any other monies paid otherwise howsoever to them shall effectually discharge the purchaser or purchasers or person paying the same there from and from being concerned to see to the application or being answerable for the loss or misapplication or non- application thereof.
