Common use of Receipt of Trustee to be Effectual Clause in Contracts

Receipt of Trustee to be Effectual. Discharge Upon any such sale, calling in, collection or conversion as aforesaid and upon any other dealing or transaction under the provisions herein contained, the receipt by the Debenture Trustee of the purchase money of any of the Secured Property sold and for any other monies paid otherwise howsoever to it shall effectually discharge the purchaser or person paying the same therefrom and from being concerned to see to the application or being answerable for the loss or misapplication or non-application thereof.
