Common use of Receipted Statements Clause in Contracts

Receipted Statements. Unless the Tenant exercises its right to contest any Impositions in accordance with Section 7.3 hereof, the Tenant shall, within 30 days after the last day for payment without penalty or interest of an Imposition which the Tenant is required to bear, pay and discharge pursuant to the terms hereof, deliver to the Trustee a copy of the statement issued therefor duly receipted to show the payment thereof.

Receipted Statements. Unless the Tenant exercises its right to contest any Impositions in accordance with Section 7.3 7.4 hereof, the Tenant shall, within 30 Thirty (30) days after the last day for payment payment, without penalty or interest interest, of an Imposition which the Tenant is required to bear, pay and discharge pursuant to the terms hereof, deliver to the Trustee Issuer a photostatic or other suitable copy of the statement issued therefor duly receipted to show the payment thereof.

Receipted Statements.
