Receipts and Delivery. DHS shall provide receiving, XXXXX receipting and internal building to building delivery of commodities shipped to the 000 Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx. Any items that have been pre-approved for direct shipment to MNsure will be receipted as needed per the DHS procedures on handling packing slips from remote locations. This will include fulfilling the requirement of completing the SWIFT receipt process and subsequent 3-way match on required commodities. The appropriate profiles will be built in SWIFT for any asset related items per the DHS Fixed Asset Policy.
