Receipts from Sale of Goods or Services. 17. Receipts from the sale of goods and services (including certain licences), rent of land and dividends normally provide additional DEL spending power. The College may request permission to retain a receipt or utilise an increase in the level of receipts, however it must gain the prior approval of the Department In order to do so. The College should not assume that permission will automatically be granted as the additional cover may be required to meet an existing priority in the Department.
