Common use of Receipts Of Liquid Fuels Purchased Clause in Contracts

Receipts Of Liquid Fuels Purchased. Within 30 days of the close of each quarterly period Contractor must give to SEPTA copies of all receipts for liquid fuel (gasoline) and a summary report detailing what Contractor consumed during each quarterly period in connection with the services that Contractor performed under the Agreement. If Contractor fails to give to SEPTA the summary report and copies of receipts for liquid fuel (gasoline) that Contractor consumed during the quarterly period in connection with the services Contractor performed under the Agreement, Contractor will be liable to SEPTA for the amount of the rebate on liquid fuel taxes that SEPTA was unable to obtain due to Contractor’s failure to give the receipts to SEPTA.
