Common use of Receivables Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Duly executed and delivered counterparts of the Receivables Purchase Agreement and all documents, agreements and instruments contemplated thereby, and (ii) evidence that each of the conditions precedent to the execution and delivery of the Receivables Purchase Agreement has been satisfied to Administrator's satisfaction, and that the initial assignments and transfers under the Receivables Purchase Agreement have been consummated.
