Common use of Receiver Agent of the Company Clause in Contracts

Receiver Agent of the Company. Every Receiver shall be the agent of the Company for all purposes and the Company alone shall be responsible for his acts (unless arising out of the negligence, fraud, breach of trust or wilful default on part of the Receiver) and liable on any contract or engagement made or entered into by him and for his remuneration and the Trustee and the Debenture Holder(s)/ Beneficial Owner(s) shall not incur any liability or responsibility therefor by reason of their making or consenting to his appointment as such Receiver.
