Common use of Receiver as Agent Clause in Contracts

Receiver as Agent. Each Receiver shall be the agent of the Chargor, which shall be solely responsible for their acts or defaults, and for their remuneration and expenses, and be liable on any agreements or engagements made or entered into by them. The Security Agent will not be responsible for any misconduct, negligence or default of a Receiver.
