Common use of Receiver as Agent Clause in Contracts

Receiver as Agent. (a) Any Receiver shall be the agent of each Chargor for all purposes and accordingly shall be deemed to be in the same position as a Receiver duly appointed by a mortgagee under the Law of Property Act 1925. (b) Each Chargor is solely responsible for the contracts, engagements, acts, omissions, defaults and losses of a Receiver and for any liabilities incurred by a Receiver.
