Common use of Receiver’s Powers Clause in Contracts

Receiver’s Powers. All powers of a Receiver conferred by this Debenture may be exercised by the Security Trustee after this Debenture has become enforceable. In that event, paragraph (h) of Clause 16 (Powers of a Receiver) shall be read and construed as if the words “be charged on the Assets of the relevant Chargor” were substituted for the words “be deemed an expense properly incurred by the Receiver”.

Receiver’s Powers. All powers of a Receiver conferred by this Debenture may be exercised by the Security Trustee after this Debenture has become enforceable. In that event, paragraph (hi) of Clause 16 clause 19 (Powers of a Receiver) shall be read and construed as if the words “be charged on the Assets of the relevant Chargor” were substituted for the words “be deemed an expense properly incurred by the Receiver”.

Receiver’s Powers. All powers of a Receiver conferred by this Debenture may be exercised by the Security Trustee Agent after this Debenture has become enforceable. In that event, paragraph (hi) of Clause 16 18 (Powers of a Receiver) shall be read and construed as if the words “"be charged on the Assets of the relevant Chargor” " were substituted for the words “"be deemed an expense properly incurred by the Receiver”".
