Receivership or Conservatorship. (i) There shall be appointed a receiver, conservator, liquidator, assignee, custodian, trustee, sequestrator or other similar official of the Credit Union or for any substantial part of its property, and such appointment shall remain unstayed and in effect for a period of sixty (60) days; (ii) The Credit Union shall consent to the appointment of a receiver, conservator, liquidator, assignee, custodian, trustee, sequestrator or other similar official for it or all or substantially all of its property in any liquidation, insolvency or similar proceeding with respect to it or all or substantially all of its property.
