Receiving Agent’s Authority Sample Clauses

Receiving Agent’s Authority. The Receiving Agent shall in all events have the authority to ▇▇▇ for and collect all monies due any and all of the Principals in its own name or in the name of the Principals jointly or severally. All Principals shall pay their proportionate share of the compensation of and the expenses incurred by the Receiving Agent so that no Principal is directly or indirectly supporting any of the operations of any other Principal.
