Receiving Cross-Border Transactions. PayPal shall charge a Fee for receiving Cross-Border Transactions in your PayPal Account in amount equal to the Variable Fee for Domestic Transactions plus a Cross-Border Fee according to the Country Group (see clause 1.4. above) in which the PayPal Account of the sender is registered plus Fixed Fee.
