Except as specifically disclosed in the Disclosure Schedule, since the dates of its Current Financial Statements, Borrower has not suffered any damage, destruction or loss which has materially and adversely affected its business or assets and no event or condition of any character has occurred which has materially and adversely affected its assets, liabilities, business or financial condition, and Borrower has no knowledge of any event or condition which may materially and adversely affect its assets, liabilities, business or financial condition.
