Common use of Recesses and Adjournments Clause in Contracts

Recesses and Adjournments. The Appellate Review Body may recess and reconvene the proceedings without additional notice for the convenience of the participants or for any other purpose. At the conclusion of the oral statements, if allowed, the appellate review shall be closed. The Appellate Review Body shall then, at a time convenient to itself, conduct its deliberations outside the presence of the parties. The appellate review shall be adjourned at the conclusion of those deliberations.
