Common use of Recipient of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Recipient of Waiver. The recipients of the benefit of this irrevocable waiver of sovereign immunity are limited to the Initial Purchasers, the Holders and any and all persons covered by the indemnification provisions hereof; provided, however, that as to such latter persons, this waiver extends only to the enforcement of any rights to indemnification by the Company and the Guarantors and to no other actions or persons.
