Common use of Recipient Use Clause in Contracts

Recipient Use. Unless FTA permits otherwise in writing, the Recipient agrees to use FTA’s electronic management system to submit information and reports to FTA. FTA, however, reserves the right to determine the extent to which the Recipient may use FTA’s electronic management system to execute legal documents pertaining to FTA Projects.
