The Recipient agrees to use all reasonable means to ensure that any such Confidential Information will not be used or disclosed by any other party, including partners, associates, affiliates, employees or agents of the Recipient to the detriment of the Company, or to the advantage of any third party, partnership, joint venture company, corporation or other organization.
