Reciprocal Compensation for Termination of Local Traffic. 3.1 Each Party will be compensated for the exchange of Local Traffic, as defined in §1.2 of this Attachment, in accordance with the provisions of §3.0. 3.2 The Parties agree to reciprocally exchange Local Traffic between their networks.
