Common use of Reciprocal Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Reciprocal Indemnification. A. JADEMAR agrees to indemnify and save K-TRONIK harmless from and against all claims, losses and liability arising out of damage to property, or injury to, or death to, persons occasioned by, or in connection with, the acts or omissions of JADEMAR or its employees. B. K-TRONIK agrees to indemnify and save JADEMAR harmless from and against all claims, losses and liability arising out of damage to property, or injury to, or death to, persons occasioned by, or in connection with, the acts or omissions of the K-TRONIK or its employees.
