The Trustees may, in their‌ sole discretion, enter reciprocal agreements with other employee benefit plans or Local Unions which shall form part of this Plan or accept contributions from Employers at non- standard rates. Absent other direction of the Trustees, any and all Benefits under the Plan will be pro-rated and adjusted based on the amount of such contributions in relation to the standard SASMI contribution rate for a building trades journeyman for work covered by an alternative contribution.
